Waterspout (tornado over water) sighted in Singapore on 11 May 2019. A boat sails into it around the 50 second mark.
It came ashore at the Tanjong Pagar ferry terminal, close to the central business district.
"It was about to rain and the skies were quite dark, and then I saw a line in the horizon, which started coming closer," Mr Lim, an economist, told the Straits Times.

Most of the time, just before showers start.
